Unconfirmed iOS 5.0.2 update cancelled

Soon after Apple released iOS 5 on the iPhone 4S and for the iPhone 4, people found out that the iOS had a major issue, the battery drain issue. This has been a major issue and a lot of people started posting on Apple’s Support Forums and started calling Apple’s customer care reps. Apple did try to repair this with an update to the OS. Apple released iOS 5.0.1 soon after that, after very rigorous beta testing (7 betas were released). But the update dint seem to fix the issue, instead, it made the issue worst. People are still facing the problem. But, there had been a report a few days ago which said that Apple will be releasing another update, iOS 5.0.2, this week. But today, the same source has declared that the update has been cancelled for some more intensive testing.
