HTC Ville Video Leaks Ahead of MWC
A rather interesting video has appeared on HTC Hub that appears to show one of HTC’s unreleased phones, the HTC Ville, in the wild and being put through its paces. The phone looks a bit like the successful HTC Sensation, but much thinner (less than 8 mm) and with a very cool metal body in the HTC style.
The Ville is expected to have a dual core 1.5 GHz processor and a full gigabyte of RAM. It also rocks a 4.3” qHD screen, 8 megapixel rear camera and Bluetooth 4. The Ville is powered by Android 4 with HTC Sense 4.0 running on top. It looks quite swanky in the video, with plenty of interesting new animations – although with a bit of a toll on Ice Cream Sandwich’s usually smooth and fluid movements.
Despite the strong stats, it’s only due to be the mid-range handset announced at MWC, with the top honor going to the rumoured HD and quad-core HTC Edge. Stay tuned for more MWC rumours; as the big week gets closer, we’re sure to see more leaks.
