A couple of years back, if you were mobile gaming, it meant you had a Nintendo DS or a Sony PSP. But today if you are mobile gaming, it only means that you have an iOS device or an Android device. I’m not making this up, but this is what the figures say. Flurry took some data of its own from the NPD Group, and made a few pie charts to show how the mobile gaming industry has changed over the years. You can see from the graph that the Nintendo DS, which was once the leader in the industry, is now losing its charm.
