Motorola have announced the latest phone in their stable – the upgraded Motorola Razr Maxx. LG unveiled its new smartphones, the LG Optimus Black phone at CES. The phone is said to be the thinnest smartphone in the world at just 9.2mm. The phone is not the world’s first in only this, but also, its the world’s first smartphone to sport a 2MP front facing camera, and the first smartphone to use Wi-Fi Direct.
Vuzix is known for its really awesome virtual reality video solutions. The see-through glasses are really awesome. I guess CES is what the company was waiting for. Vuzix won the CES Innovation Award for Augmented Reality See-Through Glasses, and the company is proud of it.
Asus has expanded its product range with the addition of four new tablets, three of which are running on Android 3.0, or Honeycomb and the other one running Windows. The tablets have the Eee stamp on them, expanding the Eee PC range as well.
