Will MeeGo go the WebOS way?

According to a report on DigiTimes this morning, Intel has plans to stop development of it’s MeeGo OS, at least temporarily. The reason stated seems quite obvious. Lack of interest from device manufacturers. “Intel reportedly plans to temporarily discontinue development of its MeeGo OS due to a lack of enthusiasm for the platform from handset and tablet PC vendors”
